Allows a link from another bouncer. You can link as  many bouncers as you wish. 
That won't slow them down. Then you can also chat in Bouncer PartyLine or in the
private bouncer channel. Users from other bouncers won't have no access or rights 
in your bouncer ! 
If SSL-Encryption should be used, is dependent from the Installation
of SSL-Listeners.
