Reset user passwords

If a user forgets or loses his or her password, you can assign a new password by using the Reset User Password administration page.

  1. On the Server Administration page, click Reset user password.
  2. In the Virtual server box, select the virtual server that the user belongs to.
  3. In the Web name box, type the name of the Web site that the user is a member of.
  4. In the User name box, type the user's account name.
  5. In the New password box, type a new password for the user.
  6. In the Confirm new password box, type the new password again.
  7. Click Submit.
