Getting Help
Use one of the following tools to find the information you want.
The table of contents organizes Help topics by the features in your Web
site.
- At the top of the Help portal, click Contents.
- Scroll down the page to find a heading for the feature that interests you.
- Click the name of the feature, and click the name of a topic.
The index lists keywords alphabetically.
- At the top of the Help portal, click Index.
- Click the letter that corresponds to the first letter of the keyword you
want.
- Scroll down the list of keywords, and click the link you want.
If you have a question, first look in Help.
If you don't find what you need, you can get information from the technical
resources in the following list:

The comprehensive source of programming information and toolkits for those who

regular deliveries of information, a newsletter, and other information

The Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) is the primary source of
product information for Microsoft support engineers and customers. This
comprehensive collection of articles ù updated daily ù contains
detailed how-to information, answers to technical support questions,
information about known issues, and ways Microsoft has addressed those issues. You
can use text and keyword queries to access information in the KB.
The KB is available on Microsoft TechNet and Microsoft Developer
Network CD-ROMs.
The Microsoft Software Library (MSL) is a collection of free,
binary (non-text) files located on the Web for all Microsoft products. For
example, the MSL contains device drivers, utilities, Help files, and
technical articles.
The MSL is also available on Microsoft TechNet and Microsoft
Developer Network CD-ROMs.
