The Tacky Gift awards are chosen by popular vote of the participants of each year's White Elephant Gift Exchange Party.  We originally wanted to call this the Ski Cow award (so that Carolyn can get rid of this darn cow to the winner of the award.)   However, since we were unable to offload this cow to 1999's winner (Roshan), I decided, since I edit the website, to call it the Tacky Presents award...
