- E-mail the application to “Butwin Insurance Group”,
- A quotation will be faxed or e-mailed back within 48 hours, if it fits
into the ‘EASY RATE’ program.
- If it does not fit into the ‘EASY RATE’ program, you will be contacted
with 48 hours to discuss how long a quote will take.

- We do not extend binding authority to any producer. Release of a
quotation in no way constitutes approval for binding. Binding will be
confirmed in writing by Butwin Insurance Group. Prior to requesting new business
bound, Allstate agent must:

- All Certificate requests received in our office will be issued within 24
hours!
Allstate Agents are NOT PERMITTED by our Insurance Carriers to
issue Certificates.
- Please complete the Certificate of Insurance Fax Request form and fax or
e-mail it to our office.
- It is our job and our pleasure to do this work for you!

- The insured’s original policy will be forwarded to your office as soon
as received.
- Copy all pertinent information for your files prior to releasing policy.
- Please be sure to review the policy to assure that coverage is as
requested.

- All change requests must be made in writing
and emailed to Butwin Insurance Group.
All Change requests must include:- Name of Insured
- Policy Number
- Effective date of change
- Change requests will be confirmed in writing
by Butwin Insurance Group
